Collins were appointed to complete this Cat A fit out and refurbishment of 4 Farm Street, Mayfair. The works, carried out across 4 floors from basement to level 2, began with a strip out and light demolition that included the removal of the existing M&E systems. Following this, the refurbishment of the building consisted of the installation of a new lift giving access to all floors whilst the external façade benefitted from 3 new windows. A staircase was also formed linking the basement and the ground floor. A new mechanical and electrical system was fitted throughout to include a roof chiller and an effective fire detection system.
The building also benefitted from bespoke WC’s and showers. External works were also carried out to the front entrance and included roof dressings, brickwork repairs and a façade clean. Finally, all floors were completed to Cat A finish and included new grid and MF ceilings, partitioning, raised access flooring, doors and skirting. The entrance was finished with a new high end reception area, which included specialist backlit copper panels and a ceramic stone reception desk.
