Chancery House provides some of the best office space in Sutton, with over 54,000 sq ft over eight floors.
Collins were tasked with a comprehensive Cat A refurbishment to the first floor to provide flexible office accommodation for an incoming tenant which included a full strip out, new M&E services, ceilings and raised flooring.
Collins also completed a refurbishment to the ground floor reception area, creating a temporary reception for roughly 20 weeks, as works were taking place in an occupied building.
New M&E services, ceilings, tiled flooring and joinery were installed. This new reception benefited from a new DDA entrance & WC's, a revolving entrance door, entrance signage and a new store room.
