Capital House is a prominent building located moments from the Bank of England, comprising approximately 110,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation arranged over eight upper floors.
The Collins team has completed the refurbishment and fit out to two office floors within the building on behalf of Barings Real Estate, to modernise the space for future tenants, and to enhance sustainability credentials. The £3 million project involved stripping out the existing office space and creating open plan, contemporary floors that can offer space plan flexibility depending on the tenant’s requirements.
The team fit out circa 14,000 sq ft of office space on each floor, including installing a new raft ceiling design, new communal areas, upgrading all services, and creating new toilets.
The team then upgraded the existing terraces on level six and eight, making them usable for tenants to increase the desirability of the office space.
