Sitting at the crossroads of London’s key cultural and business districts, Broadgate Quarter is a thriving commercial hub which is home to an eclectic mix of cafés, bars, leisure facilities and restaurants, as well as high quality office space which is now home to many well-known brands.
Collins has completed a refurbishment to the existing level four office space at Nine Appold Street, to provide circa 28,000 ft2 of clean Cat A office accommodation, ready for new tenants to occupy. The project involved refurbishing the floor’s toilets and lift lobby, as well as installing a new toilet block.
Collins was appointed the refurbishment after handing over levels five and six earlier this year, as well as reinstating two existing retail units on the ground floor and upgrading the public realm area at the entrance of Nine Appold Street. Completing both projects through what has been a challenging year for all has been a testament to the hard work and commitment of Duncan and his team.
