Having been appointed by Brevan Howard, Collins were brought in to strip out their existing trading floor and create a new and improved space with meeting rooms and breakout facilities.
The works included the installation of underfloor power, data installation, feature ceilings and a reconfigured air conditioning system to suit the new layout. Several large meeting rooms were constructed with acoustic rated stud partitions and glazed office fronts. New W/C facilities were installed which included high spec mosaic wall tiling and walnut hardwood finished joinery. All areas were enhanced with LED feature lighting.
Part of the improvements also included the upgrading of the ground floor reception joinery, lighting systems and new stone flooring from the ground floor to the first floor lobby.
