A structural refurbishment at Smith Square for AXA Real Estate. The project involved extensive builders works and structural alterations. The 1st floor slabs were removed to form a two storey high space to create 5 new retail units, and two floors of new Cat A space.
We removed the existing brick façade and installed a new glazed Stucco cladding system. With a new large two storey extension to the rear of the building, a new reception entrance to the building was formed along with a new external scenic lift from ground to 5th floor.
