A full Cat A refurbishment across three floors of an occupied building. Works included the refurbishment of landlord areas including the reception, lifts and WC’s. A new main plant was also installed along with an overlay of the entire roof.
Challenges included minimising the disruption to existing tenants whilst adhering to the tight programme. Working alongside MHBC the project was handed over July 2016.
