Collins has completed the high quality refurbishment and fit out of 72 Welbeck Street.
Working with architects Buckley Gray Yeoman, the Collins team has delivered a high quality fit out applying bespoke interior architecture and designer finishes to create a calm, contemporary building entrance.
Our team has refurbished four floors to provide 80,000 sq ft of high-end office space, a new reception area, a 3,000 sq ft fully landscaped communal roof terrace and bar, and separate garden space.
Collins carried out extensive structural works to the rooftop and ground floors of the six-storey building. Works included the full removal of the existing roof and the addition of a temporary structure while a new lightweight steel deck is built to create a terrace and bar area.
