Collins has completed the refurbishment to 390 Strand in Charing Cross on behalf of Legal & General, which will be the newest addition to their Capsule workspaces. These workspaces aim to offer quality spaces to tenants within well placed buildings.
The refurbishment involved working with Garnett & Partners to re-position the ‘Brutalist’ style 1970’s building into approximately 6,700 ft2 of high quality, modern office space. The building now offers tenants private space across multiple floors that will be fully fitted, furnished and ready to occupy. Collins reconfigured the floor space so that the six floors are now arranged to accommodate 8 to 20 workstations per floor.
