Collins have been awarded this £2.3million CAT A fit out and refurbishment project on behalf of the Lancashire Pension Fund in Lower James Street.
Working alongside Hale Brown Architects, Cluttons, WT Partnership and Taylor Project Services, works will include a soft strip and asbestos removal as well as demolition works on the 5th floor and roof.A new cross-laminated timber roof and 5th floor space will be installed along with new windows, stone façade repairs and a new reception.
The space will be finished to a CAT A standard throughout with works due to complete November 2016
