After 18 months on site, TWENTY Berkeley Square is complete following structural upgrades that future proof its heritage asset, whilst using materials and craftsmanship of the high quality, befitting of its Mayfair occupiers.
Working with our partners, Barr Gazetas, able partners, GDM and Webb Yates Engineers, the Collins team has transformed a 1930’s building into a space that combines carefully refurbished heritage materials with new, whilst delivering a scheme that will be net zero carbon both in upfront and operational terms moving forward.
Original balustrades and terrazzo from ground to 8th floor flow seamlessly into a newly constructed 9th floor that opens out onto a stunning roof terrace, with unique views over Berkeley Square.
