Completed on behalf of a Global Investment Firm, this £800,000 CAT A refurbishment took place over the course of 12 weeks. Works included a soft strip out of the existing space followed by the installation of new raised access flooring throughout, exposed M&E services, window restrictors, doors and door compartments and a new fire alarm system. Working within an occupied building meant noisy working hours had to be strictly adhered to in order to minimise any disturbance to surrounding tenants.
