After 45 weeks on site Collins has successfully handed over our CAT A refurbishment in First Point, Gatwick. Completed on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management, the £2.8 million project also involved the refurbishment of landlord areas including reception, lifts and WC's and the installation of a new main plant and overlay of the entire roof.
