Collins has completed a high-quality Cat B fit out to 21 Sackville Street, our £8.3m, 20,000 sq. Crown Estate office space in Mayfair. 

Our team and our partners delivered light structural modifications throughout the ground floor reception and communal areas, followed by four floors of high-quality Cat B.

Works included new basement end-of-trip facilities, the installation of new lifts and a services onto the floors, and the refurbishment of two residential penthouses on the fifth floor.

What was originally a 44 week, £4m workspace and residential project became a 60 week £8.1m project due to changes to designs along the way.
