Collins are delighted to have handed over our recently completed project in Equitable House, King William Street. Appointed on behalf of RREEF, these works commenced with a full strip out of existing features followed by a phased reconfiguration and upgrade to the ground floor reception and entrance and a CAT A refurbishment to the 3rd, 5th and 6th floors. Works included the installation of a new raised access floor, ceiling, new electrical and mechanical systems and a full WC upgrade. Additionally, a new shower and cycle storage facility was formed in the basement.
The successful handover of these works resulted in Collins being appointed to carry out a further CAT A refurbishment to the 5th floor. Working alongside TPI, ORMS and GDM, the further work is due for completion March 2016.
