After successfully completing our Cat A fit out at International House for a Global Investment Firm, Collins were instructed to carry out the external public realm works.
The public realm works are situated to the north and south of International House, St Katharine Docks in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
The dock lies within the Tower of London Conservation Area enclosing statutory listed buildings and structures of exceptional architectural and historic interest.
The project was completed within 26 weeks and consisted of the demolition and replacement of an existing staircase, new paving, handrails, public realm signage, metal gates and coping lighting.
