After almost three years on site, the team have led a Cat A refurbishment and Cat B fit-out, restoring the building’s fabric, preserving its heritage façade and delivering a state-of-the-art, Grade A office space to our client.

The team carried out extensive works throughout six floors, with focus on refurbishments to the ground floor reception with a café, new feature staircase, auditorium, co-working spaces, kitchen bistro and a client bar/lounge.

The new international hub, PATRIZIA’s largest global location outside of its Germany-based HQ, brings the investment manager’s real estate and infrastructure teams, as well as its technology arm, together under one roof to offer its global clients diverse investment solutions.

Over the past 32 months, we have worked alongside Buckley Gray Yeoman, MCM Architects, Core Five, Exigere, Heyne Tillett Steel, Colliers and Real Estate Project Solutions, and delivered one of our most creative spaces to date, providing PATRIZIA with an innovative hospitality-led workspace that draws on the heritage of the building.

Stephen Kelly said: “The advantage of delivering the Cat A was that we were already on site and could work with preliminary fit out drawings. This project is sustainable, modern, vibrant, and respectful of the building's history and area. It has been a fantastic journey that has culminated in being a fantastic space, thanks to the hard work of our team, partners and our supply chain who had one common goal, to deliver this standout building.”
