Collins are delighted to have handed over this stylish Grade II listed building just a short walk away from Oxford Circus. Working on behalf of Crackerbox the project has comprised of a complete structural refurbishment including the addition of a whole new level in the existing building with the creation of a brand new annex at the rear. Working alongside APS Consultancy, Squire & Partners, and Jackson Coles the project was handed over after 45 weeks on site.
