Collins is proud to announce our appointment to deliver Citi View, a £26m student accommodation refurbishment and fit-out in Paddington on behalf of Union Property Services.
We are working with project partners Paragon Construction Consultants, Faulkner Browns architects and Portland Consulting engineers on this significant 100,000 sq ft refit which will provide 353 modern studio rooms and premium amenities. Residents will be able to enjoy access to a games room, gym, study areas, a laptop bar, laundry facilities and secure cycle storage.
Works includes upgrading two-stair and lift cores to comply with current regulations, replacing all 400 windows for enhanced energy performance, and implementing VRF heating and cooling systems with smart controls and building management systems.

This appointment follows the successful delivery of The Helix, a 19-floor, 453-bedroom student accommodation development in Wembley.
