Collins Construction has been awarded four Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards for 2020.
They recognise scheme-registered sites that have demonstrated the very highest level of consideration in respect of the community, environment and workforce and are one of the most distinguished accolades within the construction industry.
The first site to win an award is United House in Notting Hill for Frogmore Real Estate Partners. The project is part of a wider refurbishment scheme on Notting Hill Gate Estate to provide new office spaces for tenants, helping develop the trendy London borough into a truly-mixed use location.
Collins is refurbishing and developing the vertical extension of the existing North Block on Notting Hill Gate.
Collin’s second scheme is the refurbishment of restaurant units in Broadgate Quarter, one of London’s most exciting and dynamic areas.
Our third project to have picked up an award is Imperial House in Covent Garden, which consisted of the general refurbishment to the unoccupied office space and reconfiguration of reception area.
Finally, Collins was recognised for its sensitive refurb expertise at One London Wall which comprised a refurbishment to the office space at levels four, nine and ten.
