Collins has handed over its £8.4 million Cat A refurbishment for Charities Property Fund. This challenging project in the heart of Farringdon took place over the course of 45 weeks across 8 floors; from basement to level 6. Managed by Savills Investment, the fully refurbished building is now ready to be leased to singled or multiple tenants.
