We have now implemented the final stage of the company restructure. This will create a new leadership team to support the Board in strategic matters as well as oversee Collins’ significant construction and fit out projects.
Jason Warren, Managing Director
It therefore gives me great pleasure to announce several significant promotions and appointments that have been made as part of this process.
Ryan Cleanthi, Bill Bowers and Duncan Redman will join Peter Woodcock as Divisional Directors. Ryan, Bill, Duncan and Peter have demonstrated exceptional aptitude and ambition over the past 18 months and completed significant projects under the most challenging of conditions.
We would like to welcome Scott Bannon back into the Collins family after a four-year absence. Scott will join us as a Divisional Director, starting early July. Scott played a key part in the growth and development of the business up until his departure in 2017.
The Divisional Directors will lead their own teams to deliver our strong pipeline of projects and work closely with the Board to strengthen the business for the future.
We congratulate them all on their new roles and know they will make a positive impact on Collins over the coming years.
We also welcome to the business Dan Townsend who has joined us as Principal Planning Manager. Dan will head up a new and dedicated planning resource, which alongside the refocussed Design Management team, headed by our Principal Design Manager, Karen Rosvall, will help to improve and co-ordinate our offering in both the pre-construction and construction operations within the business.
Dan joins us from his own Planning Consultancy Practice, which he ran for 11 years serving clients such as Wates, ISG, Tilbury Douglas and Avison Young. He has worked on a range of high-value public sector frameworks and private sector fit outs, including well-known developments such as One Nine Elms, Battersea Power Station and various projects for the London Olympic Games.
We offer him a warm welcome to the Collins team and know he will make a positive contribution to Collins’ pre-construction and programme delivery.
We are also pleased to announce that Richard Harrison, Dick Humphreys and Marius Pislariu have been promoted to the position of Project Director to further strengthen our delivery at an operational level.
Richard, Dick and Marius have displayed exceptional tenacity over the past few months, working closely with clients to keep our programmes on track, to time and budget.
I would like to be the first to congratulate all the above on their new roles and I look forward to working closely with them during what is an exciting time for Collins. These appointments and promotions are part of a positive journey we are all on together as a business.
