Collins Construction appointed to deliver the fit out of PATRIZIA’s new 35,000 sq. ft high quality, creative workspace.
Global real asset investment manager, PATRIZIA has appointed Collins Construction to deliver the Cat B fit out of its new London HQ, in the heart of Covent Garden.
On completion, the former hClub landmark will be transformed into four floors of state-of-the-art, Grade A workspace.
The appointment follows Collins’ initial appointment by global family office AM alpha in 2021 to deliver an extensive Cat A refurbishment to transform the renowned building.
Works included the development of new terraces, a new fifth floor office pavilion and event space and the refresh of the recognisable Betterton Street brick façade.
With the structural phase complete, the team is now delivering a fit out to all four floors, pavilion, co-working and wellness spaces, new reception, and amenities.
A focus on client and all-partner collaboration at the pre contract stage enabled Collins to expediate the front end of the programme and create efficiencies for the high-quality and vibrant fit out.
Patrizia’s new HQ will embrace a creative work environment, with local artwork and installations throughout and a DJ booth as a nod to the building's night club roots.
