Collins has completed the enhanced fit out of Capital House on behalf of our client, Barings Real Estate.
The Collins team and its partners, Savills, Morrow & Lorraine, BDS Architecture & Interior Design, Davies Maguire, Fanshawe LLP, and FHP Engineering, have delivered the transformation of the 110,000 sq ft landmark building, to modernise the space for tenants.
After previously delivering a high-quality Cat A fit out to floors three and six, the team secured the appointment to deliver an extension of existing spaces. The entrance offers a luxury reception experience leading onto 8 floors of Grade A contemporary open plan office space. The Collins team fit out 14,000 sq ft of office space on two floors, installing a new raft ceiling design, new communal areas and upgraded terraces with impressive views across London.
The successful completion of Capital House has transformed the space into a modern and luxurious workspace in a prime city location.
